I can’t believe how quickly runner beans grow once they start. I didn’t do any watering for a couple of day due to rain and suddenly the biggest bean had doubled in size.

I adore the scarlet flowers too

I’m still not convinced that gardening is the best hobby though as most of its done during warm or hot weather when I want to hide away not be outside tending to plants.
